Sheldon Glassco serves as President and Principal Broker of Obsidian Real Estate Hawaii, bringing more than 13 years of Hawaii commercial real estate brokerage experience and transaction volume exceeding $150 million.  He began his commercial real estate career with Grubb & Ellis | CBI, Inc. and later served as Managing Director of the firm's Investment Advisory Group.  His experience includes investment sales, development opportunities, income-producing properties, and transit-oriented development.  Sheldon works with property owners, investors, developers, architects, engineers, and other professionals to evaluate opportunities, structure transactions, and navigate complex commercial real estate assignments throughout Hawaii.
